What to bring

– Loose comfortable clothing. Layers for temperature changes. Warm socks!
– Water bottle
– Eyeshades (if you have your own)
– Lip balm
– Journal & Pen
– A meaningful object or photo for our collective altar

Please know we will have water and tea available, and, other than lunch, we will provide an array of snacks throughout the day to keep you fueled and grounded.

We ask that you stay with us for the entirety the workshop.
At times, this process can leave us very open and sensitive, and going outside before we are grounded and prepared can be challenging for the emotional/physical body. Our first concern is safety for all.

Conscious preparation

Please know that some of you may already feel emotions stirring simply by having signed up for this process. We strongly encourage all participants to plan ahead for some quiet time at home or in nature before and the day after the session. It can be an essential part of the integration process to slow down and take some reflective solo time with good self-care. We will discuss this more at our gathering, but good to plant the seeds ahead of time. Please refrain from the use of altering substances for at least one week prior. Please alert us immediately regarding any changes in your medical condition or medication regimen.

Please feel free to call or text the number below to reach us should you have questions prior to our gathering!
