Private Holotropic Breathwork Sessions

Holotropic Breathwork traditionally occurs in a group setting, where participants work in partnership and alternate between two roles: Breather and Sitter. The Breather embarks on a transformative inner journey guided by accelerated breathing, evocative music, and a safe, facilitated space. By bringing his attention entirely inward and paying attention to the body, the Breather experiences heightened states of awareness, allowing deep self-exploration, release, and healing through emphasizing to whatever embodied inner wisdom of the psyche (Inner Healer) will bring. The Sitter offers steady and present energy, ensuring the Breather feels supported and safe throughout the process. During that process, there is a lot of possibility for the Sitter to develop empathy and interpersonal connection by witnessing another’s profound inner journey. We always encourage the Breathers to try a small group Breathwork first to gain all the benefits of this method of Self-discovery.
